LKA Home Inspections was founded by expert home inspector Tony Voccia over 30 years ago. On top of providing professional home inspections, his goal was to provide added services that provide extra safety and could reduce his clients' risk for illness and cancer. Being the leading Virginia's leading radon testing provider, Tony provides an extra layer of safety and peace of mind for you and your family.
Our Story
Welcome to Lake Anna’s premier home inspection company! We specialize in lakefront homes, but also serve all of Orange, Louisa, and Spotslyvania counties. We conduct dozens and dozens of home inspections each year, and we pride ourselves on the strong personal and professional relationships we build with our clients. We follow up with each clients and even will go back to your home to ensure that all repairs associated with the home inspection findings were done correctly.

We follow the Inter-NACHI standards of practice. The purpose of these standards are to establish a minimum and uniform standard for private fee-paid home inspectors. However, we also understand that each client’s needs are unique, which is why we strive to provide personalized, custom-tailored services as well. We go above and beyond pre-printed forms and checklists, applying our extensive background and knowledge of lakefront home construction to deliver more thorough, comprehensive reports.
Meet Our Team
Tony Voccia, Owner: Tony grew up in Yaphank, NY on “The Island” and has worked in construction his entire life. Tony bought and rehabbed homes from North Stafford to Fredericksburg and into Louisa. He owns a waterfront home at Lake Anna and knows the water and neighborhoods from the local bass tournaments he and his son took part in over the years.

As a buyer, you want a Home Inspector that goes beyond pre-printed forms and checklists. It was clear to me in the first 5 minutes that Tony V appreciates and understands the nuances that exist beyond what's written on a home inspection checklist. Almost as important as a thorough inspection, you want a Home Inspector that will take you on a 'tour' of your new home. With his trained eyes, Tony didn't just explain the current state of the home/appliances/HVAC/etc, but also explained the things that I should keep in mind and stay on top of as the new owner.
